In this fast industrial, there are various malfunctions in China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand and South Korea. They have ongoing to implement an environmental supply chain. Most countries with commodity economies (AEA) in the world of Asian emerging economies (EEA), by means of well as resources, part of the production processes and many other operations located in developing countries.

Framework explanations:
The first is stakeholder driver when in stakeholder theory they was identified four types of stakeholders whose actions can initiative the implementation of GSCM. These contain customers' requirements, suppliers' advances in GSCM applies, societies' attitudes, and other business opponents' movements. The Stakeholders' drivers have a positive impact on the adoption of GSCM practices in Phase 1. There are relational Guanxi in the supply chain perspective, when the relational Guanxi among a supplier's sales representatives and a buyer's procurement managers is often considered of great importance in determining the performance of the business relationship. Then, aggregated Guanxi tells how well linked a given organization is from the side of the Guanxi network. The association of stakeholder drivers with the implementation of GSCM applies will be moderated by aggregated Guanxi such as the association will be significantly stronger when a higher level of aggregated Guanxi is present in Phase 2 as the same stage of stakeholder driver. Next, Supplier barrier the barriers are the reasons that delay the acceptance of GSCM. Based on the studied papers, they was gathered in supply chain barriers into three types are lack of influence on sub-suppliers, the costs of adoption, and complexity of regulations. This explain a Supply chain barriers had a bad influence on the implementation of GSCM practices in Phase 3. The link between supply chain barriers and the adoption of GSCM practices will be weakened by relational Guanxi such the destructive association will become significantly weaker when a high level of relational Guanxi is present in Phase 4.
